1st Line Support, Desktop Support Engineer required by our client who are a global events management company, with well-established and leading trade shows and conferences across the world, with 30,000 + participants per year!
This 1st Line Support role will see you providing daily 1st/2nd level deskside/remote support for their IT Desktop and Infrastructure environment, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of:
- Windows OS
- O365
- Active Directory
- Desktop Hardware/IP Phones/Printers
- Basic Windows Server
- Basic Network Infrastructure
- Software and Business Applications
- MS SCCM and Application Deployment
As well as participating in end-user technology/infrastructure upgrade and migration projects.
