UI Engineer sought to join a small, exceptionally fast-moving engineering team designing an AI-native consumer product which is backed by a very well-known technology group. There is a salary up to $350K on offer here, so we are only interested in exceptional candidates with a solid design engineer background who can show an attractive portfolio of their work.
Want to design how a product looks and feels with full end-to-end ownership? This is a great opportunity to own the product as the only dedicated User Interface Engineer, and work on something that is likely to be used by millions of users. You’ll own the interface design end to end, so we are seeking a high-quality design engineer, UI engineer or UX engineer with good coding skills.
We're looking for a UI Engineer with:
- 2+ years in design engineering with a focus on product design / UI design.
- Experience shipping production UI within a good design culture, ideally for a popular product
- Practical experience building production UI/UX frameworks.
- The ability to move quickly, make architectural decisions and take ownership without layers of management.
- Experience with AI design and programming tools daily within your development workflows.
- Experience creating AI, chat or agent interfaces would be a lovely bonus (but not needed)
There is a salary of $150K-$350K available and the role is full time on site in NYC.
Please note that this role is only suitable for US Citizens or Green Card holders - no visa support can be offered!
