SharePoint Developer
£40,000 - £50,000 + Excellent Benefits
Hybrid Working (1 - 2 days onsite) – Worthing, West Sussex
A SharePoint Developer is required to join a large, enterprise-scale organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the evolution of collaboration, content management, and digital workplace technologies across a complex business environment.
Working within a growing Digital Workplace function, you'll help develop, support, and enhance modern collaboration solutions built around SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform. You'll work closely with technical teams, project stakeholders, and business users to deliver scalable solutions that improve how information is managed, shared, and accessed across the organisation.
As a SharePoint Developer, you'll be responsible for developing SharePoint-based solutions, supporting existing platforms, driving process improvements, and contributing to the wider digital workplace roadmap.
Requirements:
- Strong experience developing and administering SharePoint Online solutions
- Good knowledge and experience of M365 technologies and collaboration platforms
- Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, templates, and business solutions
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience producing technical documentation and supporting end users
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within structured IT environments and project teams
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate would be an advantage
- Experience integrating Microsoft technologies with third-party platforms is a bonus
They are offering a base salary of £40,000 - £50,000, plus great benefits, as well as hybrid working of 1 - 2 days per week onsite in their office in Worthing, West Sussex.
