Graduate Application Support Analyst to support bespoke Finance / Asset Management / Trading software, required for one of the UK’s leading FinTech companies.
This Graduate Application Support Analyst role will see you joining a growing application support team, with responsibility for ensuring service delivery standards of the production environment.
Your duties in this Graduate Application Support Analyst role will include:
- Acting as one of the primary contacts for queries from our clients via email and phone
- Troubleshooting software and providing excellent customer service
- Working on new client implementations
- Developing knowledge of securities trading operations and associated products
- Identifying recurring queries and providing analytics back to development and the business
- Working on automation of new builds
- Testing of new features and bug fixes
- Learning and understanding of SQL queries and cloud services (AWS, Azure, OCI)
We are looking for a Graduate Application Support Analyst with a Bachelor's degree in an IT related discipline, excellent client facing and analytical skills, ideally with an interest in the finance industry. Someone with good communication and a willingness to learn. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
They are offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 plus, private medical, pension, annual bonus, 28 days of annual leave, and lots of other social and personal benefits. This role is hybrid working with 3 days in their office in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.
Please note this role has shifts after the first 6 months of employment, however, the earliest start time is 7am to cover trading hours.
