Are you an experienced AI Engineer who enjoys building AI-powered products that actually make a difference?

This is an opportunity for you to join a small, focused team where your work directly shapes both technical architecture and product direction.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the design and development of production-ready LLM applications and AI agents.
• Build safe, scalable systems with guardrails for data security, compliance, and reliability.
• Optimise retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for speed, accuracy, and cost.
• Drive evaluation frameworks to ensure AI outputs are robust, safe, and measurable.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years backend/API experience with TypeScript, Python, or Kotlin.
• Proven experience shipping LLM applications or AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Passion for solving complex problems and building safe, reliable AI systems.

What's on offer for you?:

• Salary of £80,000 - £120,000 (Dependent on Experience)
• Equity stake
• Flexible working (hybrid 2–3 days/week) – remote options considered.
