Product Designer

Product Designer required for a thriving sports technology scale-up, to drive user-centric, data-informed design decisions across high-impact products in the sports industry.

This Product Designer role offers the opportunity to shape long-term design strategy while delivering immediate user-focused solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across product, development, and design, you will play a vital role in Fan Experience products and their respective design systems.

As a Product Designer, you will lead design direction across the products, aligning with strategic and short-term development goals. Collaborating closely with engineers, you will ensure seamless design implementation within technical constraints.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven background in UX and product design for SaaS platforms with a strong portfolio of user-centred design work and measurable results.
  • Skilled in conducting research and usability testing, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience creating, managing, and scaling design systems.
  • Familiarity with development processes and technical constraints.
  • Proficient in Figma and tools, or equivalent for research and testing.
  • Creative, solution-focused, and confident in presenting and justifying design decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers and other product managers.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Interest or background in sports industry is a nice to have, but not essential.

This Product Designer role is a fully remote role with very occasional meet-ups with the team as and when required. They are offering the opportunity to make a significant impact within a forward-thinking team shaping the future of sports technology, and a salary of up to £60,000.
