The Senior WordPress Developer will be working with select projects in various sectors such as charitable, humanitarian, climate change, education, and many more. A good cross-section of the below skills will be required.
- Experience in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and libraries such as LESS and SASS
- Experience developing custom themes and plugins
- Google Analytics or similar
- Version control such as GIT
- Developing with SEO in mind
- A good working knowledge of WordPress
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues
You will be optimizing web development for smartphones, building reusable code, optimizing web pages, creating documentation, reviewing designs, and in general working in line with business needs.
