Customer Success Manager required by a leading and well-established Software as a Service (SaaS) client, with 600+ customers globally.

You'll be working on a new core SaaS product for a company that is in an exciting growth phase, so there's also plenty of progression opportunities.

Your duties in this Customer Success Manager role will include:

  • Provide product demos for new customer leads
  • Provide support to potential new customers and help them to get set up
  • Re-engage customer leads and manage pipeline
  • Identifying opportunities to improve trial experience and product roadmap
  • Carry out reporting on customer data and trends

As such, we are looking for Customer Success Manager with proven experience in a similar role, a proactive and innovative mind-set, client-focused and an excellent communicator, ideally within a SaaS environment.
